Now more than ever we see the importance of community and connection for men.
What to expect:
The intention of this group is to create a safe space to cultivate understanding, resilience and personal growth. We will be discussing and processing a variety of topics such as stress management, emotional intelligence, relationships, and self-care. Wrapping up with an immersive sound bath relaxation experience.
