Now more than ever we see the importance of community and connection for men.

What to expect:

The intention of this group is to create a safe space to cultivate understanding, resilience and personal growth. We will be discussing and processing a variety of topics such as stress management, emotional intelligence, relationships, and self-care. Wrapping up with an immersive sound bath relaxation experience.

Brandon Parkhurst is a Certified Core Energetics Practitioner and musician. Brandon has years of experience working with groups of people focused on team building through deep process work. His workshops are highly sought after because of Brandon’s ability to foster connection and create opportunities for emotional release.

David Sutcliffe - Insta: @davidsutcliffe33

David is a Somatic Practitioner, Certified in Core Energetics, trained at the Radical Aliveness Institute of Southern California and Institute of Core Energetics in New York City. He has been coaching, leading groups, workshops, and trainings since 2011. Before that, he was an actor best known for my role in the TV series "Gilmore Girls." Born and raised in Canada, currently living in Austin, TX.

Mark Hartman is a artist, photographer, musician and a meditation and yoga instructor. He began studying yoga in high school, and later became certified as a teacher in 2006. Combining nearly 20 years of diverse experiences studying yoga, healing and meditation he is honored to facilitate healing, transformation and authentic experience for others.
