Now more than ever we see the importance of community and connection for men. 

The intention of this group is to create a safe space to cultivate understanding, resilience and personal growth.We will be discussing and processing a variety of topics such as stress management, emotional intelligence, relationships, and self-care.Breathwork session.Wrapping up with an immersive sound bath relaxation experience. The outcome of this group is to empower men on their journey towards improved mental/emotional health and well-being.

Brandon has years of experience working with individuals and groups of people focused on team building through deep process work. His workshops are highly sought after because of Brandon’s ability to foster connection and create opportunities for emotional release.

Aaron CrowInsta: @aarontcrowAaron Crow is a breath work enthusiast who has dedicated his lifestyle to self growth. He’s a San Diego native who has worked in construction for the last decade.  While he does enjoy working with his hands, the feeling of kicking off the work boots is a highlight of his day.  Anything outdoors in the sunshine is where you see him spending his time. At the beach, in the mountains or out riding motorcycles on the highway...he prides himself on finding ways to mindfully move through life energetically, with joy and positivity.
