About the event
Now more than ever we see the importance of community and connection for men.
The intention of this group is to create a safe space to cultivate understanding, resilience and personal growth. We will be discussing and processing a variety of topics such as stress management, emotional intelligence, relationships, and self-care.
Breath work session.
Wrapping up with an immersive sound bath relaxation experience.
The outcome of this group is to empower men on their journey towards improved mental/emotional health and well-being.
