The intention of this group is to create a safe space to cultivate understanding, resilience and personal growth. We will be discussing and processing a variety of topics such as stress management, emotional intelligence, relationships, and self-care.

Frankie has been guiding breath work and holding space for the past decade. He’s guided thousands of people through life changing experiences using multiple disciplines that he has practiced, studied, and trained for. From his work in various treatment facilities, the California prison system, or healing retreats in Costa Rica, he has seen first hand the power of the breath and its ability to unlock trauma and move energy. He loves what he does and is honored to hold that space for others.
