About the event
Please join us for a special Sound Journey involving Gong, voice, bowls, chimes, flute and other healing instruments. The theme of this workshop will be working on the merging of the mind and heart. This workshop is intended to heal on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. This is done through healing Sound, Intention, Energy Healing, Reiki Energy and Meditation processes.
Mark Hartman is a full time photographer (www.markhartmanphoto.com) and has been a spiritual being his entire life.
He was first introduced to yoga in highschool and later became a certified Kundalini teacher in 2005. Since then he has taught for nearly 20 years mostly in the NYC area at various studios, and Rikers Island prison. As a teacher, Mark is a devoted student first.
