About the event
Join us to get smitten with the sound and feel of words. Presence, prompt, share. Write Club invites attendees to embodied free write, prompted writing, sharing of past or present words, or just listening with curiosity for the community gathering. Curiosity and community are highly encouraged. And while we appreciate the ambidexterity of typing, research shows that handwriting connects us to our words on a much deeper level. For that reason, we encourage you to please leave your laptops (and typewriters) at home for this event.
