What to Expect: 3- Part Breath Technique: Conscious Connected Breathing, a somatic healing method that activates physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Reiki Healing: Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan. It involves the channeling of universal life force energy, or "ki," through the practitioner’s hands to the recipient. The energy helps to clear blockages, balance the body’s energy fields, and support physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. In this class, Reiki will be used to enhance your breathing experience by promoting relaxation and helping you release stored emotions and energy. Guided Meditation & Visualization: Enter a state of relaxation and higher consciousness to receive insights and connect with your intuition. Sound & Movement: Use vocal expression, tapping, & movement to release trapped emotions and unlock your body’s wisdom.
