About the Instructor: Lalique is a strong believer that “we are all just walking each other home” (Ram Dass). She devoted herself to walking others home as a nurse, well-being coach, yoga teacher, meditation facilitator and mindfulness educator for the past 11 years, which has empowered and walked her home to her life’s work. In April 2024, Lalique left her integrative mental health nursing career to dedicate herself to her meditation and movement offerings. Lalique invites you to slow down, turn inward and expand outward on and off your meditation cushion and yoga mat with her classes at GOLD.
