This class is designed to guide your body into a state of ease, so that your mind can follow. We begin with mindful movement, to release tension, open the breath, and soothe the nervous system. As your body softens, you'll naturally transition into a deep stillness, clarity, and presence. Perfect for all levels, especially those seeking a nurturing space to reconnect with themselves, unwind from stress, and drop into inner peace. Daniella is a holistic therapist, coach, and educator who weaves together over 20 years of experience teaching yoga, breathwork, and mind-body practices. Drawing on her Master’s in Psychology from Harvard and her background in World Arts and Cultures from UCLA, Daniella creates dynamic, breath-centered classes that integrate alignment-based asana, meditation, and functional movement. Her approach is informed by health psychology, Polyvagal Theory, and somatic practices, offering students an experience that is invigorating, grounding, and deeply restorative. Featured twice in USA Today for her work rehabilitating professional athletes, Daniella brings a creative and evidence-based lens to supporting mind-body-spirit well-being.
