As your body softens, you'll naturally transition into a deep stillness, clarity, and presence. Perfect for all levels, especially those seeking a nurturing space to reconnect with themselves, unwind from stress, and drop into inner peace. Come as you are, leave grounded, centered, and renewed. Expect Alignment based Therapuetic yoga that will support both healing and functional strength. Natacha is a yoga teacher passionate about the intersection of yoga and mental health. She offers a trauma-informed approach, weaving together mindfulness, movement, and sound healing to support emotional and physical well-being. Having recently completed graduate training in counseling and now continuing her studies in yoga therapy, Natacha explores how yoga serves as a bridge between body and mind, guiding practices that foster resilience, self-awareness, and compassion. Her gentle Hatha classes are inclusive and approachable, with a steady cadence that invites students inward through moving meditation and deep relaxation.
