About the Instructor: Adriana Esparza is a Psychotherapist and Master Educator at the Chopra Center with 18 years of experience in holistic psychotherapy, meditation, yoga, and Ayurveda. She holds a Master's in Transpersonal Psychology and is trained in Gestalt and Existential Psychotherapy. Adriana created the Sattva Method, integrating Sanatana Dharma and Ayurveda, and offers meditation courses, Ayurvedic consultations, and holistic psychotherapy. With over 15 years at the Chopra Center, she has taught in various online programs, retreats, and certifications. She regularly travels to share her teachings in Indonesia, the U.S., and Mexico.
