Slow Flow Yoga is a middle path for those who desire restful movement and a way to slow down while still being in flow. This practice invites you to be fully present, improve flexibility and endurance, and enhance body awareness through meditative movement. Come switch up your pace and discover the healing power of moving mindfully on and off your mat. Includes Grounding, meditative yoga flow and community connection. About The Instructor: Lalique is a strong believer that “we are all just walking each other home” (Ram Dass). She devoted herself to walking others home as a nurse, well-being coach, yoga teacher, meditation facilitator and mindfulness educator for the past 11 years, which has empowered and walked her home to her life’s work. In April 2024, Lalique left her integrative mental health nursing career to dedicate herself to her meditation and movement offerings. Lalique invites you to slow down, turn inward and expand outward on and off your meditation cushion and yoga mat with her classes at GOLD. You can take it to the next level and join her community—The Mindful Meetup—where she hosts intimate and intentional gatherings, workshops, RESTshops, retreats and more! She looks forward to being with you whenever your paths cross.
