Wellness Associate

Part Time Wellness Associate (WA) Location: Gold Meditation & Wellness Center Compensation: $18–$23/hour + Bonuses + Membership Perks Schedule: 3-5 Days/Week (Part-Time) About Gold: Gold Meditation & Wellness Center is a sanctuary for those seeking to rest, receive, and return to themselves. Events Coordinator

Event Coordinator (EC - (Contract Position) Location: Gold Meditation & Wellness Center Compensation: Commission-Based (Earn up to 40% of Sales on Bookings) Schedule: Flexible / Contract About Gold: Gold Meditation & Wellness Center is a sanctuary for presence, rest, and community — a space where guests come to exhale, reconnect, and grow through meditation, yoga, breathwork, and intentional gatherings. As we continue to expand our impact and offerings, we are seeking a dynamic, connected, and heart-led Event Coordinator (EC) to help bring meaningful events, workshops, and retreats to life within the Gold space. Who You Are: A connector, networker, and natural host — you love bringing people together. Passionate about wellness, meditation, yoga, and conscious living. Entrepreneurial and self-motivated — you thrive in a commission-based structure. Able to meet deadlines, multitask, and quickly and effectively find solutions to any challenges that arise. Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple moving parts seamlessly. Confident and professional in communication and presentation. Your Role: As the Event Coordinator, you will serve as the bridge between Gold and our extended community — helping to curate, coordinate, and fill the space with offerings that align with our mission. From intimate workshops to private buyouts and full-scale retreats, you’ll help shape experiences that embody the spirit of Gold while driving revenue growth through meaningful relationships and sales. Responsibilities: Event Development & Sales Prospect and book private events, workshops, retreats, and studio buyouts. Build and maintain relationships with local teachers, facilitators, and community partners. Drive sales and outreach through your personal network and the Gold community. Collaborate with ownership, GM, and the WA’s to align events with the brand vision and calendar. Oversee event proposals, agreements, and communication with clients and facilitators. Coordination & Execution Manage event logistics and ensure a smooth experience from inquiry to completion. Event Coordinator is responsible to be on site for their events or have a designated point person to lead logistics from start to finish for all events. The in house Gold team will only be available to support with day-to-day operations of the center unless otherwise arranged beforehand. Communicate clearly with the Gold team regarding scheduling, setup, and expectations. Ensure all events reflect the aesthetic, energy, and values of Gold. Be the lead point person between clients and Gold for all communications and logistical support. Be present (as needed) during events to support execution and guest experience. Brand Representation Serve as an ambassador of Gold Meditation & Wellness Center — embodying presence, professionalism, and care. Promote Gold offerings within your personal and professional circles. Maintain consistent and aligned communication with the team and clients. Compensation & Perks: Commission-based pay — earn up to 40% of total sales from booked and completed events. 40% commissions awarded for outside leads brought in by EC. 20% commissions awarded for internal leads managed by EC. Flexible schedule and the ability to take leadership with a collaborative creative approach.
